After completing your payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation on the screen. Additionally, you will receive an electronic receipt via email. You can also check your payment history in the student portal to confirm the status of your payment.

Yes, our payment platform is completely secure. We use PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Zimswitch and Paynow) that employ industry-standard encryption to protect your financial information. Your card details are not stored on our servers.

Yes, our system supports partial payments. You can pay any amount towards your fees. Simply enter the amount you wish to pay when prompted during the payment process.

If your payment fails, please first check your internet connection and ensure your card has sufficient funds. You can try again after a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact our finance department for assistance at finance@zou.ac.zw.

We currently accept payments through Zimswitch enabled Bank cards and Paynow (which supports various payment methods including EcoCash, OneMoney, bank cards, and bank transfers).

Payments are usually processed and reflected in your student account immediately or within 24 hours. If your payment has not been reflected after 24 hours, please contact our finance department with your payment receipt for assistance.
